1. Exchange must be made within 3 days from the date of parcel received. Item(s) must be in new and original condition with original receipt. The Company will not entertain any exchange requests that have exceeded the exchange period as per the company’s policy. 

2. Exchange is limited only to the same category of item(s). If the price of the exchanged item(s) is lower than the original item(s), the difference will not be refunded and the difference will be topped up by the customer, should the price of exchanged item be higher than the original item(s).  

3. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please contact Goldheart immediately. Please note that Goldheart will have taken photographs of all items prior to shipping. This is to avoid potential dispute as to when or how damage has occurred. Likewise, please take photographs of the alleged damage immediately. This should be attached in your email to us reporting the damage. 

4. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and not damaged in any way. All tags and original packing must also be fully intact. GOLDHEART reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange request, if these conditions are not met. 

5. Exchanged item(s) upon the customers’ request shall not be subjected to the exchange policy thereon.
