Shipping & Delivery

For your order’s arrival time, we deliver order(s) to West Malaysia within 3 working days and East Malaysia within 5 working days if the ordered products are in stock, please note that procession times may also apply.  

If the purchased item(s) received is defective on arrival, customers should email online@goldheart.com.my with detailed pictures/videos (less than 1 MB) showing the defective area within 3 working days from date of receipt. 

Yes, we do offer in-store pickup at our selected outlets. Simply select ‘In-Store Pickup’ at checkout, and you’ll be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. 

In case of a delay, first check the tracking details from your shipping confirmation email. If the delay goes beyond the expected delivery date, please reach out to our customer support team for help.
